Start with the right workspace
An Account is one business. A Connection is a social profile, channel, store, advertiser, or messaging destination owned by that business. Agencies and Groups organize businesses and their teams.
- Sign in using the email address that received your invitation.
- Open the workspace switcher and choose the business you want to work on.
- Open Setup guide to launch the onboarding wizard at any time.
- Select a service, review its prerequisites, and authorize access.
- Choose the exact destination and verify that the connection is healthy.
Nothing is published simply by completing onboarding. You can skip the guide and return later.
