Connect the right channel to the right business

Understand authorization, destination selection, and connection health.

Updated 9/7/2026

Authorization and selection are different steps

Giving a platform permission to show pages does not automatically connect every page. After authorization, return to CloudConnect and choose the exact destination for the selected business.

Check that you are signed in to the correct external identity and have the required owner or administrator access. The connection screen lists prerequisites for the selected service.

When no destinations appear

Review the permissions granted during authorization. Some services require a professional account, a linked page, or a channel with manager access. Return to the connection screen and use the available retry or cancel action before starting again.

Reconnect and disconnect

Use the connection's controls to reconnect an unhealthy channel or disconnect a destination you no longer need. Disconnecting stops CloudConnect's access; it does not delete the external social account.

If a connection still fails, contact support with the platform name, approximate time, and a screenshot of the error. Do not send access tokens or callback URLs containing secrets.
