Understand free beta access and starter allowances
Know what is free and where to check usage.
Free beta
Customer payment is disabled during the free beta. You do not need to add a payment method to test the application. A platform administrator controls whether payment requirements are enabled in the future.
Starter allowances
Workspaces receive starter allocations for storage, messaging, SMS, voice, and provider costs. These are usage allowances, not a recurring monthly refill. Open the workspace's allowance screen to see its current balances and consumption.
Connection access is free in the application. An external provider or social platform may still impose its own prerequisites or charges. Advertising media spend paid directly to an external platform is separate from CloudConnect's application allowances.
If an action is blocked
Check the meter named in the error, available allowance, and any in-flight reservations. Your workspace administrator can review allocations. Open a support ticket if a new workspace appears to be missing its starter allocation.
