Find integration access

Open API & MCP within the relevant workspace. Authorized users can create integrations at Agency, Group, or Account level. Access is limited by both the key's scopes and the creator's permitted workspaces.

An Account key is tied to that business. Agency and Group integrations can target authorized descendant Accounts by their IDs. Each publishing destination is identified by its Connection ID.

The REST API base URL is https://usecloudconnect.com/api/v1. The MCP endpoint is https://usecloudconnect.com/mcp.

Protect credentials

Keep keys on your server, grant only needed scopes, and revoke unused credentials. Never include keys in support tickets or screenshots. If you used the old DigitalOcean address, update your API base URL and reconnect MCP OAuth clients.
